Every Sunday morning, around 8 AM your local time. You can change the delivery time in your account settings.
What if I'm not pregnant — can I still use it?
Absolutely. Memory Keeper works for any stage: pregnancy, newborn (0-12 months), toddler (1-3 years), or even older kids. The prompts adapt to your child's age.
Can my partner also contribute?
Yes! Partner Sync is included in every plan. Both parents get their own login and can answer the same prompts from their own perspective.
What does the annual hardcover book look like?
Each spring, we compile your year's prompts into a professionally designed hardcover book (Lulu POD). It's about 80-120 pages, printed on quality paper with a custom cover. You'll receive an email proof before it goes to print.
What's the Baby Registry Companion Page?
A custom page at memorykeeper.com/babies/[name] that shows your family's memory journey. Friends and family can follow along, see milestone photos, and link to your gift registries. Every visitor sees Memory Keeper — it's our main customer acquisition channel. One-time $19 purchase.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account dashboard in 2 clicks. Monthly subscribers: access continues until end of billing period. Annual subscribers: keep access through end of your year. No cancellation fees.
What if I miss a week?
No penalties. The prompts are always in your archive — you can answer any past prompt whenever you want. Think of it as a backlog of memories waiting to be captured.
Is my data private?
100% private. Your archive is password-protected. We never sell your data. You can export or delete all your data at any time from your account settings.
What's the video montage?
Each December, we compile your year's best moments into a 3-5 minute video. We use your text answers, any photos you choose to share, and a licensed music track. It's designed to watch with your family.
How is this different from a journal app?
Most journal apps are blank pages — Memory Keeper gives you specific, thoughtful prompts written for your exact stage. We're not an app you open and stare at. We're the Sunday email that makes you stop and remember. Plus, you get a real book and video at the end of the year.
When does my child get their hardcover book?
If you subscribe during pregnancy, we'll ship your first book after your child's first birthday (compiling those first 12 months of memories). Then every spring going forward.
What if I have twins or multiple children?
We'll set up separate archives for each child. Add additional children from your dashboard. Each gets their own prompts and their own hardcover book each year.
How do the Grandparent and Heritage packages work?
Grandparents get a separate login with prompts about their own memories and experiences with your child. All answers merge into the family archive — so when your child is 18, they get stories from parents AND grandparents. It's deeply meaningful for families.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not getting value, email us within 30 days of signup and we'll refund your first month, no questions asked.
When does the Baby Shower Host Package ship?
It doesn't — it's a digital package. After purchase, you receive a host guide, printable activity cards for each guest, and a QR code linking to the Memory Keeper baby registry page. The compiled "Welcome to the World" book ships to the baby after their birthday.
